Parts bins

Collapsible wire containers

Purpose: Have an opening gate to allow for quick and easy retrieval of products and are collapsible to save space when not in use

Ergonomic guidelines: Reduce horizontal reach distances to less than 16" from edge of container (for high frequency tasks > 2/min) and less than 22" from edge of container (for low frequency tasks < 2/min). Also, reduce contact from hard or sharp edges when bending over to grab an object which results in soft tissue compression on body parts.

Purpose: Used for high inventory turnover products that are packaged in uniform containers. Flow racks utilize a first-in-first-out inventory approach.

Ergonomic guidelines: Retrieval height of objects should be between 38" and 49" above the standing surface (for high frequency tasks > 2/min) and between 38" and 62" above the standing surface (for low frequency tasks > 2/min). Rack angle should be between 0º and 30º.
