Rachel Leach, B.S., M.S., CPE

Rachel Leach, Senior Consultant and Ergonomics Advisor for Humantech, is involved in a long-term project with BP America in Houston, TX.  As an ergonomics advisor, she supports the corporate ergonomics program and software deployment, performs risk assessments, designs office workstations, and delivers ergonomics training.

Prior to joining Humantech, Rachel worked as an office ergonomist, where she was responsible for developing, implementing, and advancing ergonomics awareness training and workspace setup for a facility with over 9,000 employees.

Rachel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Rachel has achieved recognition as a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) and is a professional member of HFES.  She is active in the Houston chapter of HFES, serving as an officer, and assists in coordinating an annual symposium on ergonomics and human factors.
