Brad Agler

Brad Agler, Consultant and Ergonomics Engineer for Humantech, is involved with the Assembly Pilot project, a long-term project with Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Princeton, IN. As the ergonomics expert on the Pilot Team, he works with team members on a proactive approach to ergonomics. His responsibilities include understanding posture and force issues with the current model, developing countermeasures for new structure, benchmarking other vehicles, researching alternative designs, and using XVL Digital Engineering Software to understand potential issues and test countermeasures.

Prior to joining Humantech, Brad worked as an Ergonomics Consultant at Eli Lilly, Inc., assisting with the ergonomics program and injury/illness reports at Lilly Research Laboratories. He conducted ergonomic assessments, provided countermeasures for ergonomic findings and monitored their effectiveness, and delivered ergonomics training for high-risk individuals. He also investigated ergonomic injuries/illnesses.

Brad received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science degree in Ergonomics from Indiana University.
